Downwind Surfski Leashes ("leg to craft" leash) are one of the most essential safety accessories for open sea / ocean paddling. The leash attaches securely onto your surfski, and has a quick attach / release clip to enable a paddler to attach and release their leash during a race. This allows you to remain un-attached through the surf zone, for your safety. Downwind leash has an additional release pull loop on the velcro leg attachment, for quick release in emergencies.
